Breakfast bowl to die for?! This one will without a doubt be your new breakfast favorite!


So everyone knows breakfast can be the most incredibly boring meal of the day, and lets be honest there’s only so many eggs one person can say they truly enjoy….. well wait no more for a new breakfast flare! This amazing breakfast bowl dessert not only packs nutritious and delicious all in one, in bolsters a high protein treat mixed with a blend of mouth watering flavors that unite to make a sweet symphony of flavor in every bite! Super easy to make, and frankly can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Great wholesome meal that can easily! For added protein don’t forget your favorite whey in the am for those fast acting amino acids!


  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Coconut flakes (optional
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Slice the banana and add to a wide mouth mason jar or bowl. Add in cashews and blueberries, gently toss. Add almond butter to the top and sprinkle cinnamon. You can also add coconut flakes. Enjoy this refreshing breakfast bowl guilt free and do it any time of the day!
