This power packed red velvet protein pancake recipe has the potential to bring your day to new found heights of deliciousness, all while promoting and encouraging a healthier way of made pancakes. These are great for anytime of day, and most certainly are quick to be a favorite go to.

Total Time 25 minutes

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Cellucor Red Velvet whey protein
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Red food coloring

Topping Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Whipped Vanilla whey protein
  • 2 packets Truvia
  • Optional: 6 Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips melted

In a food processor or Nutribullet, process the sauce ingredients until smooth.  If using a Nutribullet, blend the cottage cheese and almond milk first, then add the rest and blend.  Set aside.
In a food processor or Nutribullet, grind the oats into a fine powder.
Mix all pancake ingredients until smooth.
Heat a griddle or large non-stick pan over medium-low heat.  Drop pancake batter onto griddle and cook until the top starts to bubble, then flip and cook the other side.

When done, allow to cool for a few prior to applying toppings!


For added awesomeness, make sure you have plenty of sugar free syrup, and heavy cream ready whip on hand and chow down your awesome creation!
