For best results, stir ONE serving (one scoop) into 10-14oz of water and take once a day for five days out of the week. They do not need to be consecutive days. The best time to take APE is 60-90 minutes pre-workout. The next best time to take APE, is first thing in the morning prior to breakfast. Depending if it's a training day or non training day, utilize one of the above dosing recommendations. Do not take exceed more than two servings per day. For best results, use for a minimum of weight consecutive weeks. Use for no longer than twelve continuous weeks. Allow for four week layoff before resuming use.
