Ordering Information:

* Orders can be placed on the worldwide web using an SSL secure page.


Payment Information:

* Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard

Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder's billing address.
Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.


Shipping Policies:

* Most orders under 2 Lbs are shipped U.S. Postal service and will take 2-4 days to get to you and most orders over 2 lbs are shipped U.P.S. and take 2-7 days.

* International shipping takes 10-15 days if it is not held by customs for inspection. We give you tracking numbers. We use U.S. Priority International

* Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.

* We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.

* All FPO, APO, Hawaii, Alaska and International orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service and could possibly be subject to higher shipping rates not calculated at checkout.
If this happens we will contact you with the extra shipping amount for you to approve or not.

* We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS or USPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS or USPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF A PACKAGE IS CONFIRMED DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

* UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

* We will charge you a fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. THIS IS ONLY FOR UPS DELIVERIES. WE CAN NOT REROUTE USPS DELIVERIES AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the reshipping fee and that fee may be more then what you paid to ship it the first time since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

* If an order we shipped to you with the address you entered at checkout is returned to us for any reason and you would like to reship the order, You will be charged a minimum of $9.95 and depending on the weight of the order it may be more to reship your order to you.

* If an order we shipped to you with the address you entered at checkout is returned to us for any reason and you would like a refund. You will be refunded for the order less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee on all products after it has returned to us.


International Shipping Policies

* International orders are subject to higher shipping charges.


* Customers will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination.

* Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

* If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

* Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card or Pay-Pal
* Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

* For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Vitamins, Samples, Flyers, Business Cards". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

* We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Return Information

DID YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCT ?

You can return it to us within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) from the time it was delivered to you. It must be unopened and we will credit you the product price less a 15% restocking and processing fee. Contact CUSTOMER SERVICE or call us at 866-620-3586.

First of all I would like to say were sorry about that. We have a triple checking system so it is very rare that it will happen but a incorrect or damaged barcode lable on a product can happen. As long as it was within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) from the time it was delivered to you and it has not been opened.  We will send you a return Lable and as soon as we get the wrong product back.
