  You will receive return shipping label via e-mail.
 
 
Step 3: Review the Shipping Checklist
  • All items must be returned with original packaging.
  • To guarantee quick processing, please clearly mark the Return Shipping Label
    with your RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Are there any rules for returns?
Yes, there are 3 and they're simple!

  1. Orders shipped within the Continental U.S.? Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S.? Return must be initiated within 90 days of purchase,
      customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  3. Refunds for the return of opened items will be in the form of TFSupplements Credit.
      (Exclusions: Products containing multiple packaged components? In order to qualify for return,
      only one component can be opened. All other components of the same product must remain in
      original factory-sealed condition to be eligible for refund).
When will I receive my refund?
TFSupplements will issue your refund as soon as your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection. TFSupplements Credit is issued instantly. Refunds issued to original form of payment are processed within 3-5 business days.
What if my items are damaged?
The TFSupplement's warehouse team does their best to ensure damage free products arrive promptly at your door - there are, however, circumstances in which we cannot anticipate. So, if your product appears damaged upon delivery, don't fret! Just contact our friendly Customer Service Department for an immediate replacement, completely free of any additional cost.
What if I receive the wrong product?
The TFSupplement's warehouse team utilizes a sophisticated scan, pull, pack, and ship system to ensure we send our customers exactly what they ordered. If we make a mistake, we will make it right - no questions asked. Just contact our friendly Customer Service Department for an immediate replacement, completely free of any additional cost.
