Directions:
As a dietary supplement, consume 2 capsules daily. For best results, use recommended dose 45-60 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take recommended dose before breakfast. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks without a break.
Formadex Suggested Use
Depending on the level of effect desired, take two seperate doses of 50-100mg. daily. Do not exceed more than 6-8 weeks use. Always check with a licensed physician or health care practitioner before using any dietary supplement.
