Yes. While the numbers looks high they are very safe and your body will expel unneeded B Vitamins in your urine. Don’t be alarmed if your urine is a neon color after taking Cheer Up. This is caused from the B Vitamins and is perfectly fine. People who take a multi-vitamin may already experience this.
