Aminolytes contains the perfect blend of amino acids and electrolytes to add fuel to your workout. Aminolytes is designed to increase muscle endurance allowing you to train harder. Aminolytes also contains Beta Alanine which is a non-essential amino acid known for its ability to raise carnosine. Increased carnosine levels in the body are largely responsible for strength, lean body mass, power, and muscle endurance. Directions

As a dietary supplement, use 1 level scoop with 12-14 oz of water. May be used during workout and for post-workout recovery.
