Directions: Suggested Use: Mix 1-2 scoops in water and consume 30 minutes pre-training on an empty stomach. (Persons with a sensitive stomach may wish to consume a small amount of food first.) Start with 1 scoop and assess your tolerance before increasing the dose.

Do not use in combination with other products containing caffeine (e.g., coffee, tea, soda) or geranium oil extract, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or other stimulants. Never exceed the maximum dose of 3 scoops (3 servings) in a single setting, or a single 24-hour period. After 8 weeks of use, take 1 week off before resuming use. Discontinue at least 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
