OMFG. This is my second day taking this. I'm 16, which is below the recommended dose. But I'm 6'4" and pretty much done with physical growth. Anyways, the 100mg of caffeine in this gives me the energy I need to keep up with the P90X program. I use the OEP, along with Creatine Monohydrate and the P90X recovery formula. This is a great combo for those looking to loose weight and build muscle. When using this product, I sweat a lot and randomly get goosebumps. It's not a bad feeling. :) I've lost 2.5 pounds of straight fat in 2 days. I owe it to the Vitamin Shoppe for recommending this product to me.

im only on my 4th day now,As far as hunger this pill wipes out any appetite all day (get hungry around bed time but not too bad) I drop 3lbs the first 2 days but im sure it was just water weight. Im doing my best drinking the water. Im pleased with it so far. no energy crash or jitters just a could steady pace. I took the first dose of two this morning and its a big shock. Every person is different but i recommend this to anyone who can dedicate theirselves to a workout routine

I just started on these pills this morning. I live in nyc and take the subway each morning to go to work. i had to get off the subway about 12 stops too early because i felt like I HAD to run. I ran 25 blocks straight and feel AMAZING!!!! i cannot run more than 3 blocks usually. im not even hungry! i cannot wait to see what other miracles these pills have in store! loooove them already!

I never take diet supplements but while browsing in GNC the sales clerk told me this was the best on the market. I want to lose 20 lbs so I thoughtI'd try it. Started on Oct. 31st. Have lost 3 lbs in 2 days. I don't have time for an exercise program but I do ALOT of walking at work also on a low carb diet. My appetite is almost nonexistant-I have to force myself to eat, just not hungrey. Before I'd pick all day. My only problem is I love coffee-4-5 cups a day but switched to decaf so still ok. Give it a try.

This stuff is truly amazing!! I'm 20 years old preparing to go into a law enforcment academy to be a peace officer. I'm 5'10 and three months ago I weighed 255 pounds. This stuff is crazy. works great and really makes me concentrate. I agree that the first time you take 2, it really hits you hard. you almost have to be sitting down for bit to make sure you are okay but after it's great. I sweat a lot on this stuff and my workouts are intense. highly recommend!

I am 19 years old. I have been working and have been out of school for a year. In that amount of time I have put on a lot of weight. Before taking OEP I was very lazy and had no motivation to work out. After finding out about this product, i went out to try it and see if it really does anything. It curbs my hunger throughout the day and makes me actually want to work out. I am on the 7th day of using OEP and I am already down an amazing 8 pounds. Just purchased a bottle at GNC tonight. I am gonna see how it works on me. Doctor told me to lose some weight and I wouldn't have to take metaformin anymore for my Type 2 diabetes. It is a real motivator for me to burn some fat as diabetics carry that fat around the belly area. It is hard to lose and it is so important for my health. I will keep everyone updated as to the effects over the next month or so. Hopefully I can drop about 20 pounds in a month or two and get a little healthier. I weigh about 205 right now. Doctor says at 180 to 185 I won't need medicine anymore. YEAH !!!

So I'm only 17, but I'm an avid lifter, and i started taking OEP about 1.5-2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it! I weighed in at 171 on a few occasions (I wreslte 152,though) this offseason,so I realized I need to get back to a good weight. I bought this stuff and within teh first 6 days I had lost about 4 lbs of straight fat...I knew it couldn't be water weight because I stack Creatine with it, so I'm always drinking water for that. So after about a week, I had a National Qualifying tournament near Chicago and I didn't even try to cut weight for it...I ate all day like a normal training day and at teh end of the day when I stepped on the scale I was 161.0...I was in disbelief...Defintely Recommend!

I started taking it the first day. I workouted for for 3hrs and I hardly ate that day. Usually I would have a big hunger. It made me feel full longer some how all I ate was. My friend got this product several months ago and, through a combo of the pills and exercise, lost almost 20lbs in less than 3 weeks. Two weeks ago I picked up a bottle for myself and have lost 5lbs. More importantly than my weight is how I look and feel, which is great!

A month ago the pants I'm wearing right now were squeezing the life out of me like an anaconda; today they hang so low on my hips I may need to get a belt. Or, better yet, go shopping for a smaller waistline!

I've taken pills in the past that produced limited results, kept me awake through the night, or flat out made me feel sick. No such issues with this product, it has given me everything I could ask for and more with zero negative side-effects.
