Directions:
Start by taking 1 tablet to assess your individual tolerance. This assessment dose should be followed for both the AM and the PM doses on your first day. If you experience high blood pressure, dizziness, or any other unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. Reduction Regimen: Take 2 AM (red) tablets 30 minutes before breakfast. Then take 2 PM (black) tablets 30 minutes before bed with at least 12 ounces of water. Take this product every day, including non–workout days. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.

You should not take this product if your are consuming other stimulants or sleep aids, you have any prior medical condition, including diabetes or high blood pressure, or are not in top physical condition.
