Introduction

Neurocore is designed to be a pre-workout stimulant. It is super-concentrated and comes in two flavors: punch and grape. It works by preparing for the workout by giving the athlete more strength, better focus and greater muscle pump. Very mixed reviews report unanimously improved focus, but the increased strength varies from non-existent to awesome. It seems that people who did not use other stimulants before respond to Neurocore much better than those who tried everything and probably developed decreased sensitivity.

How does Neurocore Work?

This supplement contains a large number of active ingredients:

L-Citrulline is the main ingredient of Neurocore. This is an amino acid found to promote aerobic energy production during exercise. It assists in boosting strength and performance.

1,3-Dimethylamylamine, an extract from Geranium stem (Pelargonium graveolens), general central nervous system stimulant and thermogenic.

Creatine HCl is an amino acid used as an energy source by skeletal muscles, very commonly used in athletic supplements because it boosts building muscle mass.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid active in protein-building, which acts by improving muscle mass, increasing energy and preventing fatigue.

Caffeine increases focus and energy and is part of almost all athletic supplements

Rhodiola extract is used to improve mood, treat depression and enhance physical and mental performance.

Deanol bitartate helps boost alertness and cognitive abilities

Vinpocetine improves blood circulation in the whole body, but especially to the brain.

Elderberry powder - Elderberry has immune system boosting and anti-viral  properties.

Does Neurocore Deliver?

The reviews are very varied, but it seems that the users that are happiest with results are those that did not use any pre-exercise supplements before, or had a long break after using them.  All reviewers claim that their focus improved after taking Neurocore, but that the energy level was not what they expected, or experienced with other supplements. Almost all reviewers complained about the unpleasant flavor and after-taste.

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

This is not a weight loss supplement and should not be used as such.

Side Effects

No side effects were reported, what seems to be the best about this product.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

  1. Improves focus
  2. Cheap
  3. No side effects

Cons:

  1. Not delivering as advertised
  2. Bad taste and aftertaste

Conclusion

It is interesting that Neurocore has fairly poor reviews in spite of a cocktail of very good ingredients. There is a possibility that the average users of pre-exercise boosters and supplements are becoming jaded and expect miracles and are ready to accept all side effects that come with them. Most people who were happy with the product were the first time users of athletic supplements and for them it worked fine, providing increased focus and energy boost.
